Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the Australia and New Zealand every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level. Some of our product just deliver in person in Melbourne and some of them deliver to national and international destination.

The time frame of an order delivery:

• Processing time: 3-7 Days
• Inward/Import shipping time: Depends on your order and product start from 30 Minutes up to 3 months maximum.
• Shipping time for national and international destination: 7~20 Days
• We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Shipping methods:

• Country We Ship to: Global
• Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (DHL/EXPRESS)
• Shipping Time: 7-20 business days plus import shipping time
• Cost: Depends on the weight and dimension.        

Note:  Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
